Deciding Under Uncertainty

Making decisions when we cannot know everything. Reduce bias, challenge assumptions and decide with incomplete information.

Context

Uncertainty cannot be eliminated, but it can be navigated better. This experience helps groups of leaders make better decisions without having all the answers: with less reactivity, sounder judgement and more explicit assumptions

Focus

Make better decisions in uncertain contexts.

Who it is for

Groups of leaders who frequently decide with incomplete information.

Duration

Workshop (1 day) or modular programme (2 to 4 months).

Desired change

More robust decisions, clearer criteria and greater capacity to adjust course.

This is an experience for groups of leaders. If the challenge concerns communication, collaboration or joint work between a leader and their team, may be more appropriate through Leadership Teams.

“Deciding does not mean having all the answers. It means having the courage to move forward with sufficient clarity.”
