Leadership Lab

Leading with AI

The fundamentals of leadership remain. The context has changed.

AI is changing how teams work and what is expected of their leaders. This Lab focuses on how to delegate, supervise, decide, maintain accountability and develop people when AI participates in the work.

The focus is leadership

We do not teach leaders to use AI. We train leaders to lead when AI is also part of the work.

What we work on

People and agents working side by side

Delegate to people and agents

Define outcomes, context, autonomy, boundaries and quality criteria.

Supervise without micromanaging

Distinguish when to trust, verify and intervene.

Maintain human accountability

Clarify who decides and who is accountable for the outcome.

Exercise judgement

Question outputs, identify risks and distinguish speed from quality.

Develop people in an AI context

Encourage thinking, learning and autonomy when AI participates in the work.

Lead change within the team

Work with concerns, resistance and different levels of adoption.

The Bee Leader method

Practise → Feedback → Repeat → Apply

We work on real client situations: practise delegation, review a decision or hold a conversation about change. Receive feedback, repeat the critical moment and define how to apply it with the team.
