A leader facing a challenge that needs individual attention

We support leaders through transitions, difficult decisions and relationships. We connect reflection with specific behaviours, preparation, feedback and practice between sessions.

Individual executive development

Think better. Recognise recurring patterns.
Act differently

The starting point is always specific: a transition, a difficult decision, a relationship no longer working, a change of scale or a leadership approach no longer producing the same results.

We do not work on 'the leader' in the abstract. We work on situations, choices and relationships happening now.

A working question

What is this leader protecting by continuing to make decisions the team could already make?

The answer may reveal fear of losing control, lack of trust, unclear roles or a team that still returns every decision. Only then do we choose what to test.

01

Executive coaching

When a leadership pattern limits impact and requires sustained work.

A programme combining regular sessions, workplace experiments and review of what happens between sessions
02

Transition into a new role

When promotion, a change of scale or joining a new organisation requires a different way of leading.

Support focused on the first challenges, relationships and choices of the new role
03

Thinking partner

When a sensitive decision calls for an independent person with whom to think in depth.

Confidential conversations, occasional or regular, to test perspectives before deciding
04

Tailored individual development

When the challenge does not fit one format and may require different types of work.

An approach that can combine individual conversations, observation, feedback and experiments in the real context

How it works

From a specific challenge to change at work

The final design depends on the challenge. A typical programme runs over several months, alternating reflection, experimentation and review of what changed.

01

Clarify

We define the challenge, context and signs that will help recognise progress.

02

Observe

We identify choices, relationships and patterns that keep the problem in place.

03

Experiment

The leader develops and practises new responses, receives feedback and tests them in real decisions and situations.

04

Review

We review application, choose an adjustment and repeat the practice to consolidate the behaviour.

Confidentiality and the organisation

When the organisation commissions the programme, objectives can be aligned with HR or the manager. Individual conversations remain confidential. What is shared about progress is agreed with the leader from the outset.

This makes sense when:

“This leader faces a challenge that a generic response cannot resolve.”

An initial assessment

How do you lead when pressure rises?

Recognise the pattern that emerges under risk, urgency or disagreement. Seven situations. Around five minutes.

An important decision is overdue, and time is running out

Which response is closest to what you tend to do?
